Teacher Assistant is an AI-powered educational platform that allows users to upload textbook content, generate structured learning material, and interact with educational content through text and voice. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse and summarise educational content.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information during registration
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on any copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform's systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

Content you upload remains your property. By uploading content, you grant PredictML AI a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated summaries and analysis are produced for your personal educational use and are not to be resold or redistributed.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, explanations and educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently. PredictML AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictML AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
