• To provide and operate the Teacher Assistant service
• To process uploaded content through AI analysis
• To send account-related emails such as verification and password reset
• To improve the platform and user experience

3. File Handling

Files you upload (PDFs and images) are used solely to extract text for AI processing. Original uploaded files are deleted immediately after text extraction. Extracted text and AI-generated content are stored in your account and remain accessible until you delete them.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): For content analysis and chat responses
• ElevenLabs: For text-to-speech audio generation
• Google Speech Recognition: For voice-to-text functionality

Content sent to these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never readable by us.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete chapters, classes, and chat history at any time from your dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us via predictml.ai/contact.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
