This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Teacher Assistant, operated by PredictML AI. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we handle all refund requests on a fair and transparent basis.

Free Tier

If you are using the free tier of Teacher Assistant, no charges apply and this Refund Policy does not apply to your account.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • 7-day refund window: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not made significant use of the platform, we will issue a full refund.
  • Technical failure: If the Service is consistently unavailable or non-functional due to issues on our end for an extended period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period (except in cases of technical failure)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, as results vary based on uploaded content

How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 7-day refund window.
