Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for all new users. No payment is required during the trial period. This allows you to fully explore our features before committing to a subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- How to Cancel: Contact us via email at support@teacherassistant.com or through the account settings page.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Data Retention: After cancellation, your account and data will be retained for 30 days. You can reactivate your subscription during this period.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Technical issues preventing use of the service that we cannot resolve
- Accidental duplicate payments
- Charges after successful cancellation
- First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial payment (if service didn't meet expectations)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after 7 days of subscription
- Unused portion of subscription period after cancellation
- Partial month charges
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account termination
- Annual subscriptions after 14 days of purchase
Refund Process

Submit Request: Email us at refunds@teacherassistant.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Reason for refund request
- Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- Decision: You will be notified of the decision via email.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
